How it works
ULTIMA BEACH RACE is a hybrid fitness competition that features NINE diverse workout challenges, each designed to test athletes’ strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels.
These workouts encompass a wide range of disciplines, including cardio, strength training, agility, flexibility, and more. The participants will engage in a series of challenges that push their limits, ensuring a thrilling and engaging experience for athletes and spectators alike.
Participants start in waves based on their division. The start always takes place exclusively with participants of the same division.
The running is always around the 3 workouts zones. The distance of 1km will be split into 3 laps around the workout zones.
